Materials:

Hook:         Suitable hook style and size for the intended quarry
Tail:            Perfect Rubber by Hedron
Body:         Closed cell foam from "flip-flops" or similar turned to shape and glued to the hook. The additional parts are
                  then glued to the body
Eyes:         Suitable sized solid plastic eyes glued in place

Notes:

These all foam wakers from the creative mind of Jim Hatch are made by turning the various parts on a tiny lathe designed for this purpose out of easily obtained parts. The various foam parts are then assembled to the hook and each other using superglue.
