Materials:
Hook:                           Heavy Salmon Iron such as a Partridge M size to suit
Thread:                                  pre-waxed 6/0 Gödebrod, color of choice
Tail:                                        Bucktail about one shank length long, color of choice
Body:                                      Hula Wrap brand strung tinsel palmer wrapped, color of choice
Wing:                                      Arctic Fox hair with under-fur left in and tied Fatback style, color of choice
Head:                                      Spun deer hair packed loosely and clipped, color of choice

             This muddler variation is designed as a winter wet fly for heavy cold water where flash and color help entice steelhead to strike.
